Hello!

My name is Nick Alas, known to most as Sloth. I was born May 5th, 1992 to a very poor family in the slums of Toledo Ohio. Growing up with five brothers was a constant challenge, not only for growing into a proper adult, but on my parents who never seemed to be able to make ends meet.

One by one we grew up and left the nest without proper money managing skills or any real plan for our future other than to just ‘survive’. Then one fateful day I met a man who introduced me to investing and took me under his wing for a short time and gave me a few book suggestions and then he was gone.

Since then I have turned my spending around for the most part and have been working on correcting my past financial mistakes. That is where we are now, cleaning up the mess. I invite you to join me on this journey to climb out of the rabbit hole of self imposed debt and limiting beliefs and reach for the summit of Financial Independence that we all truly deserve.
